 As a mutli facility organization, communication between offices and from our staff to tenants is very important. We must have a reliable and cost effective means of communications. Our old solution was outdated and costly. We no longer need to use a combination of different phone systems such as Lucent, Nortel or Toshiba at each one of our facilities and incur high long distance phone bills. Since we are bringing two new properties on line, all we needed to do is purchase the additional handsets versus purchase two new phone systems.
