 All of us at Texas State Utilities are very thankful for a job well done by your company. Executive Telephony did a fantastic job of listening to our needs and providing a Telephone Solution that exceeded our expectations. We have been using a Nortel system for years and had little or no knowledge on what new Telephone technology is capable of doing. I would compare the IProphet SIP PBX to my iPod versus our Nortel to an 8-track tape. Our customers and employees are much happier with the integration with our Cell Phones and Email just to name a few. We no longer miss phone calls which means our customers no longer need to wait for returned calls. Thanks for doing an outstanding job. I wish all transitions were this seamless!
