 I owe you a big thank you! As you know, Southern Star is one of the largest ready-mixed concrete suppliers in Texas and Arkansas, and also one of the largest ready-mix company’s in the Southern United States.
From Southern Star's network of over 40 concrete plants concentrated in these major market areas, communication is critical. Your approach was the most honest we have ever experienced. When we were moving our Contact Center, we interviewed just about every big name phone vendor. When all the other companies wanted to sell us a new system, you determined that we could utilize our current system by simply updating a few aspects. The money we saved helped allow us to purchase a new system a few months later for our new corporate facility. The Contact Center is performing to high standards today and our customers enjoy the efficiency when placing orders.
