New IProphet Features Released

We are proud to release a few more features that our users suggested. As always, we listen to our customers. What a concept!
-Simultaneous Cell Phone Ringing with Controls. When your office phone rings so will your cell phone. Calls answered on the cell phones now have the ability to transfer a caller to another extension within the system. Callers placed on hold via the cell phone will hear the same message on hold as a desk phone.
-Call Recording on Cell Phone- As above, the call can now be recorded like any other extension within the IProphet. All the same advantages of a wired phone now available on your cell.
-Message on Hold by User- Each user can have a different message on hold versus one system wide message. Great for providing 'Sales" messages or perhaps 'Service' Messages. Each department is unique and should be able to control meaningful information per department. This improves message delivery that enhances the customer’s experience.
