Texas State Utilities Installs IProphet SIP Phone Solution
Helping Better Serve Texas Customers

Executive Telephony is very proud and honored to have gained the business relationship with Texas State Utilities (TSU). TSU is a long established business provider in Texas and very strict on their requirements. Customerís relationships are of the utmost importance with all clients of TSU.

According to Rik Holliday, Principal of Executive Telephony, "Texas State Utilities researched all telecom providers and wanted the best solution to meet their requirements. The IProphet SIP PBX demonstrates the growing trend for focused customers like TSU to move out of the box from ordinary and old style solutions such as Nortel, Avaya, Toshiba, Samsung and NEC and into extraordinary solutions like the IProphet SIP PBX".

The IProphet SIP PBX offers Unified Messaging at no additional cost. Unified Messaging sends all voice messages to email as attached files that are capable of being forwarded to any email user. Attached files in emails allow easy management of voice messages for future retrieval. Additionally, Call Logging (Recording) is built in at no additional cost. Call Logging generally saves customers about $20,000 out of the gate. Call Logging is a requirement in Contact Centers that helps in future debates about conversations. The Web Portal that is part of IProphet's SIP PBX saves customers a lot of money annually. TSU no longer needs to call Executive Telephony to make small changes such as adding new employees or resetting passwords.

All this savings get's passed along to the end users of Texas State Utilities. More companies need to consider technology like this.
