September 26, 2018. We continue to receive calls from people reading this information and inquiring about Dean. Update, Dean has not paid. Apparently this has been useful information about deadbeat Dean. I hope this is information helps you out as well. Follow your gut. Most likely there are other honest people whom provide the same service that you can support.

Dean Moccia never paid his invoice to my company after helping him out in what appeared to be a very desperate situation. Apparently Dean is a Telephone Technician with a focus on NEC Telephone systems. Dean also installs security systems for both Residential and Commercial applications. According to Dean, he was employed by NEC as a support person but was fired when they learned of him having a side telecom business and recruiting dealers to his personal business. Dean had diarrhea of the mouth. If you met Dean, you know.

Dean required assistance on a Toshiba phone system and voice mail system. Dean did not know how to program the Toshiba phone system and needed assistance from my company.

Dean explained he would pay with credit card. He never did. He then stated that he would send a check but ran out of checks. Here's some of Dean's excuses.
